Incall transfer feature allows the agent to redirect the call to another agent or any perspective department. It’s a Virtual PBX feature wherein an agent can forward an incoming call to some other agent while they are on call. In order words, it enables to forward the incoming call to another person rather than making the caller wait for it. This feature is quite efficient and caller friendly as it allows
an agent to transfer the call to the department caller wish to make a call. Since it would be annoying the caller to start again over the main menu to build a connection. The agent could transfer the call by dialing “# key + extension no.” while they are on call.
